NEW AND EXPANDED CONTENT!
We have re-organized and expanded our SOWeR hymns and music page, not only making it more searchable but also adding much more information for our subscribers. Each hymn on our site now has its own web page, with text-only lyrics for use in bulletins and overhead projection, downloadable image files with words and music, lead sheets with guitar chords, as well as pdf files of full hymn scores from the ReClaim Hymnal.

This is a work in progress; it will take some time to complete all of the hymns. Be sure to check back as our online repertoire of music keeps growing!

ReClaim/Sola Hymn: #2
Category: General;    Theme: Praise
Scripture: Psalm 145:9

1 My God, how wonderful thou art, Thy majesty how bright!
How beautiful thy mercy seat In depths of burning light!

2 How wonderful, how beautiful The sight of thee must be
Thine endless wisdom, boundless pow'r, And awesome purity!

3 No earthly father loves like thee; No mother, e’er so mild,
Bears and forbears as thou hast done With me, thy sinful child.

4 Yet I may love thee too, O Lord, Almighty as thou art,
For thou hast stooped to ask of me The love of my poor heart.

5 My God, how wonderful thou art, Thou everlasting friend!
On thee I stay my trusting heart Till faith in vision end.

6 O how I fear thee, living God! With deepest, tend’rest fears,
And worship thee with trembling hope, And penitential tears!
